Terms & Conditions – Sprout & About Childcare

Enrolment at Sprout & About Childcare is subject to availability and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Families must complete all enrolment documentation, including medical and emergency contact information, before their child can attend.

Fees are charged weekly in advance and must be paid via our approved payment methods. Government Child Care Subsidy (CCS) may apply; families are responsible for maintaining their Centrelink eligibility. Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or cancellation of enrolment.

A minimum of two weeks’ written notice is required for any changes to enrolment or to withdraw from care. Public holidays and absences are charged at the normal daily rate.

Children must not attend if unwell, and any signs of contagious illness may require collection during the day. Sprout & About adheres to all NSW Health and National Quality Framework guidelines for safety, nutrition, and hygiene.

We maintain the right to update policies at any time in line with regulatory changes. Parents will be notified of any major updates.

By enrolling your child, you agree to follow our centre’s policies, which are available in full upon request.
